    The location was amazing, just a pleasant stroll away from a converted theater. Comforts of double room were fabulous - an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and tea/coffee making equipment.

    The location was good and stunning, for example, an arts theater was within a close distance from the hotel. Btw, the airport was 10 km away. All the employees were very very helpful and attentive...

    i have just returned from an excellent stay in this brand-new hotel, brand-new and great-sized rooms. the location is great and amazing, at a moderate distance from palacio de aguas corrientes. it's in a nice building in the safe area.

    An lovely rooftop escape

    The rooftop pool was a serene retreat after long days exploring. We enjoyed lounging while sipping cocktails with a view was good.

    The gym hours were limited, challenging for us to stick to our fitness routine. More morning hours would be beneficial .

    Beautiful decor in lobby, convenient location near Teatro Colon, nice rooftop infinity pool.

    The afternoon front desk staff lacked basic customer service skills!!! The room felt cramped with no closet space and very poor WiFi connectivity!!! It could use proper cleaning services to meet standard expectations!!!

    The staff were genuinely friendly. The spacious design of the Beautiful Double Room allowed my family plenty of room to move around comfortably.

    The bathroom could use an update for better functionality.

    The Beautiful King Suite offered both spacious comfort and modern amenities. With a amazing breakfast with local products such as fresh juices and baked goods, mornings were good. The staff was friendly, always ready to assist. The absence of tourist amenities nearby made dining a bit challenging for those who prefer English menus.
